Testimonials

Very Helpful and Useful:

These activities are just what I needed. They give excellent instructions and help my clients understand more about the skills. I just wish I’d gotten them sooner. Thanks so much, Sean

Peter Fogel

DBT Therapist

Different than anything else:

“I’ve seen countless workbooks and guides before but they usually miss out on instruction and what to actually do. This guide has everything I need to help clients and they’re fun too!”

Marie McGonagle

Primary Care Co-Ordinator

Definitely a DBT graduate:

I’m sure a lot of these activities come from personal experience. You can tell by the way the guide is written than it’s from someone who’s graduated DBT. Nice job.

About The Author

Hi, I’m Sean, I run this website and I created this guide.

I started this website as a resource for DBT ‘students’, those who wanted to learn more about how to adopt DBT skills in their day-to-day.

I quickly realised that therapists need help and guidance too, so I created this guide and a bunch of posts with ideas for therapy activities.

This guide is a culmination of everything I’ve learned so far.

I graduated DBT in 2018, and it changed my life. I just want to pass on what I’ve been lucky enough to learn.
